Call for Trainers – Let’s make it better! – Mentoring youth workers

United for Intercultural Action is looking for trainers for an International Activity in the topic of mentoring youth workers engaged in anti-racist activities, supported by the Council of Europe.

Are you familiar with Human Rights Education tools or self-development? Do you enjoy working with young people through non-formal educational activities? Are you keen on facilitating workshops and committed to anti-racism? Apply!

Place and date of the training: Budapest, Hungary, 5 days in November 2021

About the training: it is aimed to bring together youth workers engaged in anti-racist activities and develop the quality of anti-racist youth work. Besides learning about theories, methodologies, tools and Human Rights Education, participants will reflect on themselves and their own work to develop in their career. Participants will enquire new skills and learn new tools developed by United.

 

Who are we looking for:

  • Trainer should be from a member state of the Council of Europe
  • between 18-31 years
  • Available for 5×4 hours online elaboration of training activities and materials and 5 days in person training in Budapest
  • Priority is given to applicants who are delegates of UNITED supporter organizations!
