On March 31st the European Court of Human Rights decided to condemn Hungary for the racial segregation of Romani children in the Jókai Mór Primary School in Piliscsaba, a decision we support and we welcome.
The case was represented at a domestic level by Adél Kegye and the application before the European Court of Human Rights was brought by the European Roma Rights Centre Legal Consultant, Judit Geller.To know more you can read the article by ERRC here
