About UNITED: At UNITED, we are dedicated to leading initiatives that promote Intercultural exchange and Human Rights. We exist since 1992 and we are a leading voice of Anti racism in Europe.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our flagship projects and get ready for new ones, as we start 2-3 every year.

Position Overview: As a Project Manager at UNITED, you will be instrumental in steering the direction of our ongoing projects. You will work closely with international partners, manage critical events, and ensure our projects achieve their desired impact. This role is perfect for someone passionate about managing dynamic international projects and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Start date: Early as possible, latest 1st of July

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of multiple international projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Organize and conduct international partnership meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts on project content to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of various events, including trainings, hosting initiatives, and Multiplier events.
  • Assist in financial reporting and ensure effective dissemination of project results.
  • Maintain and follow established project processes to meet compliance and quality standards.
  • Regularly report to supervisors on project progress and critical developments.
  • Represent UNITED effectively in international forums and partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (min 3 years) as a Project Manager or similar role with a track record of managing international (Erasmus+) projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Competency in financial reporting and budget management (assistant level is enough).
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse international teams.
  • Ability to utilise digital technologies, apps like Asana, Zoom and cloud services.
