The NGOs “Fatima”, “Moldova without Nazism” and Youth Organization of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly call the people of Chisinau to say loudly “Never Again” to crimes against humanity. They invite everyone to come at the eve of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day with a poster, photo, and picture, collage which would express their attitude to the Holocaust, or their message to society regarding the Holocaust.The flashmob will be held near the monument “Victims of Fascism” (Calea Orheiului str.36, near Mercedez Benz) – a place where around 10,000 Moldovan citizens were killed between 1941-44 by fascists. Unfortunately not so many people know about this historical monument and the story behind it. Currently the monument is under restoration and its territory is surrounded by a wooden face. At the flashmob, every participant will say one by one his/her main message in public and will put the poster/ photo/ picture/ collage alongside the wooden face of the monument.
