The network member agrees to the following: - All confidential information disclosed to the network member (and vice-versa), remains confidential during the project duration. - Not to become involved in any commercial, manufacturing, scientific, literary, or any other exploitation of the confidential information, otherwise than for undertaking their duties as a member of the network, without the written consent of Les Militants des Savoirs, acting on behalf of the Consortium. -The abovementioned shall not apply in any case such information is of general public knowledge, is publicly available, or has been in the network member’s possession before the project/has been developed by the network member.(Required)
