The seminar will be dedicated to a legal discussion of the relationship between free movement of persons (including rules on social security coordination) and EU anti-discrimination law (on grounds of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation…). To what extent could/should rules on free movement be impacted by EU non-discrimination principles?
