Solidarity prevails in French Constitutional Court’s landmark decision

In a landmark decision, the Constitutional Court of France said that Cedric Herrou farmer was not guilty of a crime when he smuggled migrants into the country because he acted under “the principle of fraternity – a major success in the fight of decriminalizing humanitarian help.

FARE small grants available again for #FootballPeople Weeks in October 2018

The #FootballPeople programme of FARE offers small grants to support hundreds of projects across Europe in and around Europe’s largest series of social interventions in sport.
