The Event includes a debate focussing on integration as a common process and the question where people need to integrate. The new integration policy document of Rotterdam will be the basis of the dicussion.Ruben Gowricharn (Professor of Social Cohesion and Transnational Studies at Tilburg University) and Ireen van der Lem (project Opzoomer Mee) will participate in the conversation. Besides Sander Zweerts de Jong (visual artist) will record it and is making notes that will go around in public. Later on the audience will split up into groups to work on an alternative agenda in response or in addition to the policy document. The question will be how an integrated city looks like. With this evening they hope to clarify thinking and talking about integration in Rotterdam and having an positive influence on the improvements for the policy document.
